Indivisible RI is part of the nationwide Indivisible network.

Action by action, day by day, group by group, Indivisibles are remaking our democracy.

Brought together by a practical guide to resist the Trump agenda, Indivisible is a movement of thousands of group leaders and more than a million members, committed to taking regular and increasingly bold nonviolent actions to resist the GOP’s agenda, elect local champions, and fight for democratic policies that benefit everyday people instead of the super-rich.

We make calls. We show up. We speak with our neighbors. We organize. And through that work, we’ve built hundreds of mini-movements in support of their local values. Now, with our country facing an assault on the working class, on our freedoms, and on democracy beyond anything we’ve ever encountered, it is time for us to prove again that we are indivisible.

    On October 18th, 7 million Americans took to the streets to defend American democracy from Trump’s rising dictatorship. Over 30,000 people gathered in Providence.

    July 13, 2025

    Thousands of Rhode Islanders came together at the statehouse to protest Trump’s ‘Big Horrible Bill.’ Lev Poplov was the lead organizer for Indivisible RI for this event.

    June 14th, 2025

    Indivisible RI helped bring together thousands of people for No Kings day to protest Donald Trump as he illegally raises tariffs, wages war, and ignores Congress and the Constitution.

    May 29th, 2025

    Indivisible RI helped organize a rally with Revenue for Rhode Island, the Working Families Party, AFL-CIO, SEIU-1199, CARI, and other groups to defend RI from Trump’s cuts to healthcare by making the richest 1% of Rhode Island pay their fair share.

    In coalition with the RI Working Families Party, Climate Action RI, and The Womxn Project, Indivisible organized a march of close to 20,000 people in one of the biggest mass protests in Rhode Island history.
